Chamas do Brazil, which means “Flames of Brazil,” is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse. Our special meat roasting method is based on the centuries-old Gaucho tradition, known as “Churrasco”. Churrasco was originated in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced different types of meat and grilled them over open flamed pits. The concept serves a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken to each diner individually right at their table.
